Professional Qualifications:

  • Graduated from Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy
  • Surgical Practice Certificate licensed by the Ministry of Health of Vietnam
  • Continuing Medical Education Certificate in Botox / Filler / Thread Lift
 

Experience:
After a period of clinical practice at Cho Ray Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, Dr. Tram went on to gain professional experience at dermatology clinics in Vinh City and Ho Chi Minh City.

Through years of meeting, consulting, and working directly with clients, Dr. Tram is the person who will personally accompany you on your journey to restore your most natural and harmonious features:

  • Reading and analyzing skin analysis results
  • Guiding adjustments to your at-home skincare routine based on your skin analysis
  • Directly assessing skin laxity, fat volume, and muscle structure to recommend a suitable HIFU treatment plan
  • Personally performing HIFU treatments for clients
 

Dr. Tram provides consultations based on pathophysiology, the medical limitations of each treatment, and the most realistic results that can be achieved. In other words, she truly does not overpromise.

That is why quite a few clients who visit HeBe have actually been advised by Dr. Tram not to proceed with certain treatments, simply because they would not bring meaningful results.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Advanced Skincare Certificate issued by the Ministry of Labour
  • Certificate in infection prevention for bloodborne and fluid-transmitted diseases at aesthetic facilities

 

Experience:
Ly Sam specializes in assessing skin conditions, providing skin consultations, and recommending treatment plans tailored to each client. She has also directly taught more than 10 Advanced Skincare training courses for HeBe’s technicians.

With skillful hands and the natural patience of a mother, Skin Therapist Ly Sam is the “skin specialist” who will accompany you on your journey to heal skin affected by acne and scars:

  • Reading and analyzing skin analysis results together with the doctor
  • Monitoring each client’s progress and working with the doctor to adjust their at-home skincare routine when needed
  • Personally checking each client’s skin condition and recommending only the services that are truly suitable
  • Personally performing Triple Plasma treatments for all clients looking to improve acne scars

With over 4 years of experience, Phan is highly skilled in manual acne/ blackhead removal and thorough hair-removal treatments for all areas.

Quiet but capable, Phan is the one to trust when acne-prone skin needs gentle, steady care. An acne/blackhead removal session may sound scary, but in Phan’s hands, you might just find yourself falling asleep.

Known for having the sweetest voice at HeBe, My is also highly skilled in manual acne extraction and exceptionally thorough hair-removal treatments.

My is quite introverted, which is why she understands clients who need a calm and quiet space to truly relax.

For My, what matters most is that every client feels cared for, valued, and genuinely looked after – because that is what matters most to her, too.
